I'm sad to see my Corolla move on. I owned this car for 10 years with very little maintenance costs (beyond regular maintenance). I had only one repair that cost me $400, but that's it! It was so nice to have such a reliable car (with great gas mileage). The interior was nothing stellar, but it did its job. I'd definitely buy a Corolla again!

It takes me to point A to point B. But i must say, this car is very economical and i can assure you that i would purchase a more recent year of a Toyota Corrolla when i have the extra money.

Had it for 5 years and even though its old, its fab! never failed to disappoint me. I have been usomg it for school, work. never did highway driving before coz I didn't really trust the poor thing on the highway but now it gets driven on the highway once or twice a week on the highway for 2 hours, a little hard, but my baby does it. LOVE IT!

This car is great for a small family of 4.
It is a smooth ride, and it is very reliable. My family has made 6-8 long trips about 1000 km each and never has had any problems.
The exterior looks pretty good and the interior is older in style but still worth it with kids!

This vehicle was one of the first new cars I've ever had the luxury of experiencing. It's safe and comfortable feel made me confident when learning to drive.

This car has taken me everywhere I've needed to go from the moment I bought it, and is my more preferred car (over the other two i have, nissan maxima and a beetle). Though the nissan is a luxury car that gives me pleasure driving, i feel the toyota and i have a better connection and i feel much more comfortable driving that. Plus the amount of fuel it takes is drastically less than the nissan.

Its a great car that is good on fuel and is a family car. It doesnt break down in the middle of the street or worse the highway. its very reliable.

I would much prefer the Cavalier I was driving before it was totalled by a fool in an accident.
However a car is a car!

Not bad for an older car. Had to replace starter and drains oil faster than should. (hoses replaced) but given age of car too be expected for some issues. Overall not bad. Toyotas are cars for life.

I got this car from my grandparents who stopped driving. It costs 50 to fill at today's prices and will last a couple of weeks going back and forth to work. I have had only the minimum in maintenance cost every year (oil and brakes) and it still drives great. I expect to drive this car for the next 5 years as I only have 80 k on it. The car cruises comfortably at 120 km/h with no rattling or steering wheel shake and the engine is quiet. I can drive about 600 kms on a single tank of gas. The cars environment control is excellent with minimal wait time to heat up in the winter and almost no wait time for the air conditioner to cool the car in the summer.

This car was my favorite by far. It was cheap on gas, was built tough and drove good. It was so tough that I could go in the woods everyday with it! The only downtime was after the snowstorms to get out of the driveway. Besides that, it rode good on the snowy/dirt good!

I think that the toyota corolla is first a excellent model of car, for my part i tested the 1998 model and it's a really good car since it's comfortable and economic and at a really cheap price at that time.

I recommend absolutely this car for everyone and young guy who don't have alot of money.

Toyota Corolla is a great little car. It's reliable and comfortable... it's just right. I've never once had any trouble with this make of car. This car is perfect for a family car and I'm not the only one who likes it.

would buy it again and recommend it to other friends and family planning on buying a new car in the new year and defaintly will be considering a corolla

It is good on fuel. But body is not so strong. Heating is good which is nice in winter. Steering is smooth as it is for most of the Toyota product. I bought it for CAD 2500. Its a good buy I would say. It keeps its resell value even after using it for couple of years. People like Toyota. There is reason for it.

Had the car over a decade. Only had to replace to belt on it, along with the breaks once because my son forgot to put the oil cap on. Other then that, we even hit a couple of deer and the ride held up great for the next 4 years. Eventually died but in the long run we got a car for over a decade, 2 major repairs, 4 major accidents, and 10 solid reliable years of transportation.

I have a corolla 1998 from Toyota since 2004. Its comfort, easy driving and conveient car. Its not fancy or luxury just what you need for family, shopping or travel arpound. The streeing system is a bit unstable. The engine oil sould change regurly and always keep car out of outside parking to prevent rust, that it.

Toyota Corolla was one of the cars on which I learned how to drive, it was my instructor's car. I spent many hours trying to make this car obey. From my experience I can say that the car is very performing and reliable, it maneuvers well and obeys the driver. The fuel consuming is excellent. I would only like this car to be more heavy so that it would be more safe on the road.
